Dyneema (Spectra)

Dyneema (Spectra, polyethylene) is a extra strong cord with minimal stretch. In most cases dyneema cords have mixed fibers with dyneema and nylon/polyester content. Dyneema cords are more epensive but when minimal stretch combined with great strength is needed then Dyneema is the choice. Dyneema fiber is slightly sensitive to UV radiation but when protected and especially when sheathed with polyester they stand well against sunlight.
