Schmetz Leather Machine Needles

Machine needles for sewing leather, hard synthetic leather and washable paper. These needles have a triangular cutting point that cuts the material and allows for easy material penetration.

Two variations available that create different stitching lines: The DH leather needles produce a straight stitching line. The LL leather needles create more decorative, slightly angled stitches.

These needles are not suitable for sewing fabrics because they cut textile fibers when penetrating the material and the fabric can tear.

For soft synthetic leather, Microtex needle is recommended.

Needle system 130/705 H that fits most home sewing machines.
